Welcome to SoFlo Mobile Massage LLC. Please review the following terms and conditions carefully. By booking and receiving services, you agree to abide by these terms.

All services, including Swedish massage, deep tissue massage, cupping therapy, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, and more, are available for the following session lengths:

• 50 minutes: $160

• 80 minutes: $225

• 110 minutes: $290

• Payments are required at the time of service.

• Accepted payment methods include Zelle, credit cards, and cash.

• There are no additional charges for any services offered during the session.

• Cancellations or rescheduling requests made with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged the full session fee.

• Exceptions for emergencies or illness may be made at the discretion of the therapist.

• Rescheduling with less than 24 hours’ notice is considered a cancellation.

• A custom travel fee will apply for appointments located more than 30 minutes from Lantana.

• Travel fees start at $20 and will be discussed prior to or during booking.

• Clients must provide a clear, empty space of at least 9 feet by 6 feet for the treatment table and equipment setup.

• Clients are required to disclose all relevant medical conditions and medications prior to treatment via a health history form. This form must be completed prior to the first session and includes a consent form.

• Failure to disclose critical medical information may result in the session being canceled or postponed for safety reasons.

• The therapist reserves the right to decline or discontinue a session if the client is under the influence of drugs or alcohol or if the treatment environment is unsafe.

• SoFlo Mobile Massage LLC maintains a strict professional boundary policy and reserves the right to terminate services for any inappropriate behavior.

• Services provided by SoFlo Mobile Massage LLC are intended to complement—not replace—medical care.

• Massage therapy does not diagnose, treat, or cure medical conditions. Clients are advised to consult their healthcare provider for medical advice.

SoFlo Mobile Massage LLC uses text messaging to communicate with clients about scheduling and confirming appointments. You will only receive messages related to appointment reminders, confirmations, rescheduling updates, replies to client inquiries, and other account-related messages.

Data Sharing

• Customer data is not shared with 3rd parties for promotional or marketing purposes.

• Mobile opt-in and consent are never shared with anyone for any purpose. Any information sharing that may be mentioned elsewhere in this policy excludes mobile opt-in data.

We do not transfer or disclose your personal data to any external organizations under any circumstances. We implement strict access controls and security measures to prevent unauthorized sharing or access to your information.

Messaging Terms and Conditions

• By providing your phone number and agreeing to receive texts, you consent to receive text messages from SoFlo Mobile Massage LLC, from 561-600-3818 regarding account notification, customer care. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies. Message & data rates may apply. You can reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time or HELP for assistance. If you unsubscribe we will remove your number from our list within 24 hours. You will receive one more text message to confirm that.
