I’m Paul Kohlmeier, the founder of SoFLo Mobile Massage. With a Bachelor of Physical Education (BPE) and over 30 years as a Licensed Massage Therapist (LMT), I’ve dedicated my career to helping clients achieve lasting results through therapeutic massage.
My approach goes beyond relaxation. I specialize in addressing pain, restoring mobility, and supporting recovery from injuries. From deep tissue massage and myofascial release to cupping therapy and lymphatic drainage, I offer a range of evidence-informed treatments designed to meet your unique needs.
For the past two years, I’ve proudly served the vibrant communities of South Florida, bringing professional, in-home massage therapy to clients across West Palm Beach, Palm Beach Gardens, Wellington, Fort Lauderdale, and more. My passion is delivering personalized care that makes a real difference in your health and well-being.
